Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery or pickup.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Smoke-free and dander-free
• In original condition with all tags attached

Store Credit Only
All returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email within 5–7 business days.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• All sale items
• Accessories
• Swimsuits
• Bodysuits
• Bralettes

Holiday & Seasonal Promotions
No returns will be accepted during holiday or seasonal promotions, including but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Items purchased during these periods are considered final sale.
